The Decision Technologies, Inc. team’s management is well positioned to monitor and maximize the quality of our professional services and products.

Our management is actively involved in the daily performance of tasks by team members and maintains open communications with clients and peers to gain performance feedback. Our program managers and team leads develop and maintain suitable metrics for measuring performance and combine those indicators with an analysis of all inputs both written and oral to develop an overall performance assessment of individuals and teams and identify areas of potential improvement. Management conducts trend analyses to determine if team performance and individual performance are consistently improving at expected rates. Management conducts routine meetings with team members to discuss performance and areas of improvement. The Decision Tech team’s goal is to consistently exceed client expectations.
